Group Sessions

Alongside one-to-one support, Journeying Through Grief hopes to offer occasional group sessions for those navigating grief, loss, change, and other significant life transitions.

These gatherings will provide a safe and compassionate space where people can reflect, listen, share experiences if they wish, and find encouragement in the company of others. There will never be any pressure to speak, and everyone will be welcome to participate at their own pace.

What to Expect

  • A warm and respectful environment

  • Time for reflection and conversation

  • Opportunities to listen and share

  • Compassionate facilitation

  • Sensitivity to different experiences of grief and loss

  • Confidentiality and mutual respect
